I've been going here for years and never had a problem until I did.
The coin return on a washer malfunctioned as I inserted quarters. The attendant on duty was on break and returned a cool 20 minutes after when was said they'd return.
I put a piece of tape over where to insert quarters so others wouldn't experience this. They removed it. I was told the washer did work (???) and I was inserting the quarters incorrectly (???). I offered to demonstrate how that was not true and was discouraged. Huh.
I was also told I should have called. What number? Unclear. In all, the laundromat pocketed $4.25 and I'm left hoping they really need it.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for the past 5 years & haven’t had any issues until now. . One of the dryers I used wasn’t cleaned and I’m assuming there was a crayon left behind and all my clothes got stained. I spoke to the manager on site and she stated she couldn’t do anything for me. All I was asking for, is for them to let me rewash my clothes to hopefully get the crayon stains removed. They stated they weren’t responsible even though it’s the laundromat’s job to keep the location clean and tidy. Worst experience ever!!

New washers and dryers compared other places in West LA. My second time coming here. Love how someone is always making sure everything is clean and the variety of small and large machines especially big ones to wash blankets. We will keep coming back. If you're hungry, there are snack and venting machines also if you forget soap, they will accommodate you. There is also street food outside. It's good.

Pass on this place. Crowded, roach-infested, impossible parking, and many broken dryers that aren't labeled as out of order. This place used to be good but has dropped off in quality.
