Josephine was very nice informative and supportive. She answered all questions I had and walked me through everything as far as to what to expect and what to look for. I had no idea what to do before she got here as far as moving furniture or appliances but she told me to grab my kids and go relax she'd handle it, and before I knew it she was done . It really was a step above pest control. I would highly recommend.
