Their tech, Edward, did an outstanding job of inspecting and prepping our system for the winter. Changed filters and checked all the system’s functions. We have a twice-yearly service agreement with them. Highly recommended.

I have several condos in our high rise building and have had several airconditioning companies come to service and or repair the units over the years. The experience that I just had with your technician Sergio was outstanding. He was very polite, went right to the unit which needed repair and identified the problem within minutes. And I can honestly say that the charges were extremely fair unlike the ones I used in the past. I will highly recommend your company to the other 155 units in our building as well as to the other buildings on the Wilshire corridor! Thank you!

Wow these guys are my heroes! I had a 10 year old dual-head LG mini split system that was blowing lukewarm, so I did a search and found universal heating and Air, who said they would come out for a “free” estimate/diagnostic. Apparently you get what you pay for, cause the technician who came out didn’t know what he was doing a blew a fuse in the motherboard of the condenser, which knocked out all of the heat I had in my 900 sq ft back house. It was in the low 40’s at night that week, so I begged him to find the part he needed to fix it. he gave me his “work cell” number and promised he’d get back to me the next day. A half hour later, I called, and they had blocked my number! I went through calling maybe 5 to 10 contractors, some of whom worked on LG, some of who didn’t. Rather than trouble shoot my problem, they all wanted to sell me a new system to replace my LG. One wanted to sell me a Mitsubishi system for 10 K without even looking at the LG system to see if it could be repaired. Thank goodness I found Air Control!!!! Sergio came out and within a short time had both mini splits blasting heat! He cleaned the filters and troubleshooted the motherboard with no problem, replacing a blown fuse for a $55 charge and a smile. Do yourselves a favor and don’t call anybody else. These people are a godsend! So grateful I found them!

Babak and his team definitely went out of there way to help us get our building unit back up and running properly and have by far the best customer service in the industry!! They put your needs first and really make you feel like family when they take care of you. Dealt with so many companies that did not want to help and A/C control got the job done! Would recommend to anyone who needs HVAC services!!

Outstanding! Sergio quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem with my air conditioning that had stumped multiple other HVAC services. And the cost was remarkably reasonable. AC Control is the best!
