The blower on our Trane heater was running but hot air was not coming out. I called three companies in Brody was the first one to respond. David and Christian came to the house, fixed the problem fast. They provided a full inspection, changed some filters, and I stalled a brand new Nest thermostat. They trained me on how to use it.
I could not be happier the guys, the communication, and the work that was completed. I would highly recommend calling Brody for HVAC services.

The other day, turning on my heater for the first time this winter, I became aware of the “botched up” installation job performed by another company several years ago. A company, by the way, that no longer exists and apparently went out of business shortly after my “installation”.
I knew now to call a well-established and respected company for help …no more cheaper “short cuts”.
Brody Penney was the obvious and only choice. “Lou” responded immediately, setting up an assessment appointment in less than a week. The appointment was confirmed and a helpful ‘reminder’ sent. The wonderful technician, Renee, called to say he was arriving and was exactly on time!!
He patiently listened to me explain the unfortunate history of my currently malfunctioning zonal heating system and a non-existent A/C system. His thorough examination of my systems led him to ask for a second opinion from his Supervisor, Ashton, (who showed up within minutes) before giving me a final assessment of the work that would be needed.
Ashton, so knowledgeably & professionally,
spent the next couple of hours examining every detail of my system(s), finally explaining every detail to me so that I could make an informed decision as to what work should be done. On this basis I was happy to agree to the suggested work, signing an Agreement & scheduling the job in a few weeks at my convenience. Ashton even gave me his card with his personal number to call if I had any further questions.
In summary, I could not have had a better experience than with these two professionals who showed such patience, thoroughness and expertise. I look forward to their continuing care of my new systems in the years ahead.

Despite being more expensive than the company that they recently acquired that I was previously a customer with, BP quality is still top notch! Technician Leonel H. was amazing. He arrived on time and took care of business immediately. He showed me photos of my system and explained everything about normal wear and what to expect in the future. He was honest and professional. We had problems with our 30 year old heater/AC unit and called Brody Pennell to come and check it out. They dispatched Juan Molina who came on time (which I greatly appreciated). He was very thorough in his assessment. He took several pictures of different parts of the units, shared them with me and explained carefully each of them. Upon deciding it to replace it, Juan called Christian Corwin, who came within 1/2 an hour. He explained the different options, answered all questions we had. We decided quickly on a date.
In summary they were both very efficient, listened to our concerns and explained the issues and how to solve them. I would recommend them.

We had a service call yesterday and Kevin Lopez was our technician. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Kevin was super professional and friendly and he was very thorough in his examination and cleaning of our heating and A/C systems. He took many photos so was able to show us the actual state of each part which was very helpful. He replaced all the filters and tested everything to make sure it was running correctly and efficiently. We signed up on our first visit 6 months ago for the yearly maintenance plan and, after this excellent check-up, we're so glad we did. They called us to let us know it was time for a visit so we didn't have to keep track, and we were able to schedule a visit very quickly and easily. It is well worth the expense to have someone oversee this most important part of your home maintenance and the technician couldn't have been any better.
