This place has really gone down hill. They are completely overpriced and the place is filled will faulty machines that do not wash or dry your clothes correctly. Expect to pay an up charge for hot water in the washing machines and expect to pay anywhere from .75 cents to $2.25 to properly dry your clothes. To use the tap card or pay with your phone there is a $5 hold everytime no matter the value you paid for. I tried it one time for a .75 dryer and got hit with a $5 hold. The staff here is rude as well but much of the issues are a reflection on the management and since the workers are the ones dealing with customers, im sure they're fed up as well. Unfortunately after years of coming here, due to price hikes, poor quality of washing and drying, and bad service, we will be looking for a new place to wash our clothes. I hope they get it together because they won't last otherwise

I do not recommend this laundromat. It's so racist that they judge you based on your race and refuse to help you with the machines. When asking for a refund for a malfunctioning machine or to use the restroom, she denies any responsibility and even denies that the restroom is out of service, despite their family members using it. It's concerning to see the owners potentially losing money due to the behavior of their staff. It seems like the staff might be taking advantage of the business, or perhaps the owners should consider hiring more considerate employees.

Restrooms aren't available after 8:00p.m.... This is enough for me not come here. The convenience of being open 24 hours is diminished by this alone. Again, it's irritating that most places don't have restrooms available for use. Ever since the pandemic, businesses have gotten lazy with this, and I find it insulting.

This place has changed a lot. They raised the prices on washers and lowered the amount of time for dryers, so you spend more. The staff is very rude. They close half the laundry to avoid cleaning the other half... we will look for a better place

Horrible service I was washing. I have pictures that my blanket was still dripping in the lady that was working. She didn’t want to give me a refund or at least put it in the machine to dry, which I never had a problem with it. Horrible service.
