Yes, I would be a active member of the Carpenter's Union 714 ,and Union Trust for the last 37 years. It has provided a fulfilling and honest career as Journeyman Carpenter. At present, I'm working for The City of Los Angeles public works BSS dept and looking to conclude this career for the city in the near future. It has been a unique experience working for the city ,as well as another good learning tool in my Carpenter career. For the Union, there have been some + & - 's you have to stay on top of your Work status so you can get what you've put in to it. It is critical for the longevity and your benefits as I get closer to the retirement period. I'm glad I was Blessed to survive the time I've put into the Union time. And it's been a ride.
