I built my pool in 2006 & installed a new pool cover. When it was time to clean the cover, clean the trap, check the pulleys, pool cover installer recommended I call DALLIN LARGE, the owner of COVER CARE. He sent two young guys out and they not only cleaned, washed, scrubbed, conditioned my cover, they also lubricated the 2 tracks, spotlessly cleaned the trap, checked the tension for a smooth, noiseless pool cover retraction, and checked the motor and water drainage pipe from the trap out to the street. These guys R truly professionals. They showed up on time, got right to work, spent anywhere between 1&1/2-2 hours on my 36' x 12' pool cover. I would highly recommend Dallin & Cover Care to anyone who has an electric pool cover & who uses their pool a lot during the year.

So happy I called Cover Care. My pool cover was out of warranty, so the original installer referred me to Cover Care. I am extremely happy with their service. They explained what work needed to be done immediately and what work was recommended but not urgent. I checked with our pool man, and he confirmed that the price quoted was very reasonable. A few weeks after the work was completed, I realized that the magnet for the fountain had gotten messed up. Cover Care very courteously and promptly sent someone to fix the problem and everything is working great now. You really have to appreciate a company that does good work for a good price and is very responsive with their follow up care. Highly recommend!
