It was a lengthy process like I was warned but when they "finished" they left my house with 3/4 of a new roof and a big mess to clean up in patio that didn't get done. I have waited for months for their repair man to come fix the many cracks in my walls and repair the damage to my patio they caused but nothing. I have missed several days of work for him to no show. I'd suggest finding a different company. I will say Mario was a nice person to deal with when he came by to check on the job but they dropped the ball big time.

This has been a nightmare! I'm still waiting for a roof after insurance approval and paid, plus I paid my part over 2 years ago. I feel scammed!
They subcontracted me to who knows who, and even they didn't show up! I was nervous this would happen, and Mario gave me his word, He will take care of it. He even gave me his personal phone number. The office will no longer answer my calls either. I'm seriously looking for an attorney to sue. I'm not that kind of person but it's too much!

I talked to Mario, and he apologized for the inconvenience. I should have a new roof by next month. I'm waiting to see how this works out.

Not sure about his roofing estimations but his driving is horrendous. He was on his phone the whole time, absolutely oblivious to other drivers. He would sit stopped in the lane until he was finally honked at. Held up traffic, would step on the gas and then slow way down. Get this guy off the road and behind a desk or something.
