I contracted with Go Painting to paint the exterior of my house. Jose asked for a 50% down payment which is illegal in California. Unfortunately, I gave it to him.
After a week of work, all they had done was to cover the windows and some of the downspouts. They were never here for more than three hours in one day. We got fed up with the slow progress that asked for a partial refund. We wanted to get someone else who would get the job done in a timely manner. He refused to give us any money back.
I would never use them again. If you do, don't give them a 50% down payment!

We could not be more happy! Go Painting is reasonable, but most of all their work is impeccable. Jose really knows what he's doing. Takes pride in his work and it shows!

I needed my entire house painted, so I called around for a few quotes. Jose was the quickest to respond with some questions about the house and asked if he could do a walkthrough to quote the job. He arrived for the walkthrough, and his quote was very reasonable. From there, his crew performed the job very well with clear communication throughout, including back and forth conversation with questions about colors, sheen, add-on services, requests to work late, and more. The overall process went very smoothly, and the end result was great. I'd definitely recommend.
