We needed to remodel and renovate the whole house, 1800 sq feet. We went with this company not because it was the cheaper option, on the contrary it was more expensive than some other ones we interviewed. We went with them because they had a project manager who promised to make everything as hands off as possible and said he had several crews that could work on evenings and weekends, and that he would be there to make sure everything was getting done well. Well that was a lie. The project manager would forward what we wanted to the foreman who would then tell his day laborers to do the actual work. A lot of times the project manager told the wrong thing. And the actual laborers couldn't care less about the quality of their work. The floor pattern was unprofessionally laid, the paint is chalky in places, the areas where they had to fix holes in the wall the paint patch is clearly visible and doesn't blend with the rest of the wall, the caulking around sinks looks like it was done by an amateur with seams sticking up. Just every single detail is poorly executed, as if unskilled labor was used for everything. The kitchen island has cheap paint, paint on the underside of the counter. After all of that, it's taking them more than a year to finish everything. It's the touch ups and the paint they need to fix but they can't find the people or the time to come and finish everything even though they took almost all of the money. I regret going with them for the reno.

Green Design Builders are amazing! They have a nice friendly staff, work efficiently, and were very knowledgeable. Austin touched base with us and made sure everything was to our liking. He was always a quick text away. Freddie was amazing, his dedication and work ethics are unmatched! Wifey and I are very pleased with our new luxurious bathroom!

Austin and his crew ripped out my old lawn and installed an amazing artificial turf in my front yard July 2021. They were efficient, responsive, conscientious, and professional. We also did some decomposed granite on the side yard and parkway which looks great. They use a great product for the turf with 16 year warranty and 2” pile which looks amazing. Would recommend!

We wanted to redo our front yard and had somewhat of an idea but weren't exactly sure of what. David came and gave us some ideas and together we came up with a plan. Seeing the computer-generated 3D pictures was very helpful. When the project started, we were introduced to Richard (the foreman) and David put us all on a group text so the communication between all of us was clear and there were no misunderstandings. David was in constant contact with us the whole time. The project was finished before the estimated completion date. We are very happy with the outcome of our project and would definitely recommend Green Design Builders.

Green Design Builders is by far the best contracting company I have ever used! They accomplished every detail I could imagine in a total rebuild of my outdoor patio. So happy with the results and the detailed updates I received throughout the whole process. Can’t recommend Green Design Builders enough!
