Experienced service at a great price. Mom and pop shop that does great work. Will definitely be doing business again. Only issue is they default to giving key copies engraved with their business info. I would have liked that they would let customers know beforehand in case they don't like it.

Great service and they are open on Sundays which is a big plus because while shopping around I could not get a live person to speak with, with out being directed to someone who were trying to charge ridiculous prices. Cristobal did an excellent job with adding a Grade 1 deadbolt lock to my door. I was dealing with security issues and he was able to immediately accommodate my request. He installed the lock in about 15 minutes and was very professional from start to finish. He even took the time to explain exactly how secure the lock would be and why that particular lock was the best option.
He also made the initial consultation call easy by requesting a picture of my door and came prepared with exactly the kind of tools needed. He was also very clear about the price so there were no surprises. I sleep easier at night now and this prompt service was a huge help!
