I have a similar experience as other people. The good: very fast service and prompt arrival. However I was also quoted a max of $120 and was charged $343. I had kids with me so I didn’t want to upset them or drag it out, I felt I had no choice but to pay it. When I asked for a refund of the difference the locksmith said the company offered $50 back. I asked to speak with the company directly and he said it wasn’t possible. Definitely feel taken advantage of and scammed right now.

Opportunistic SCAMMERS - was told that I would be charged a $29 service fee in addition to a “starting” fee of like $89 depending on the lock. Be careful of the word “starting”, as they took advantage of this terminology to then upcharge me nearly $100 more for a grand total of $193! I had no choice but to agree, as I urgently needed to get inside of my apartment. Apparently there was an additional charge as well because it was Sunday? AKA, we know you are in a vulnerable position so we are going to slam you with as many unnecessary fees as possible just because we can. Do not trust these people and the slimy way they do business, you’re literally better off breaking in yourself.

Scammed. Called after hours(9pm)for a quote and he said “$29 to come out and it could be low as $80 and highest $120. After the service, he asked for almost $500 and telling me it’s a good deal because this is considered emergency. It is so upsetting because I even said to him I’m trying get quote because if it’s like $500 we can’t afford it and we need to seek other options and he laughed and said no and assured me it will be somewhere between $80-120.

It was a great, super fast service! I locked my apartment at 10 pm, and they came within 5 minutes! Such a life saver, would definitely recommend! Jonathan did an excellent job!

The workman came the day I requested and installed a digital lock. He did a great job, was very pleasant, and was knowledgeable. I like that he read the instructions and figured out how to fit it just right. He also explained how to program it. They deserve 6 stars. The woman on the phone was also very helpful. And the price was reasonable.
