I screwed up and washed/dried my favorite YSL wool pants, dropped them off at Paragon and explained what happened to the woman at the desk. I thought they were going to tell me they wouldn’t be able to be fixed because they looked so awful, but the owner called me later that day to ask me about what happened and assure me they could fix it. Got my pants back today and they are perfect. Can’t believe it. Amazing service!
