Pool Joe

Unfortunately I cannot recommend him. I want to start by saying that Sergio was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable at first. I was having an emergency and as I requested a quote Yelp must have shared the request and he was the first to reply (I thought he was a different company with 7 positive reviews). He came right away and fixed the problem within a couple of days. Then he kept asking me to write him a good review, which I didn't have a chance to do until now. I prepaid him $125 for pool maintenance for the month of May then he disappeared. He only came once during the month (after I reminded him) and haven't communicated with me since. I texted requesting my money back. I hope he is honest and will return it.

This guy is great. I'm updating this review because I did another job with him and he was equally stellar. Smart, creative and kind. Highly recommend!!
From a month ago:
I had a problem where my spa was tripping the breaker. I kid you not, for five weeks I had four different people look at it, including a general contractor, electrician, of course my pool guy, which I replaced and had another pool guy weigh in. No one could figure it out. Finally I found Pool Joe, he came out and figured out what was wrong immediately. Fixed it and was in and out in a half hour, reasonable price. Unlike so many other workers, Joe cleaned up after he was done, and to top it off made sure I locked the gate behind him. After five weeks of everyone else being stumped, I finally got my spa back. He followed up a week later by phone to be sure it was still working. Sounds like some reviews were by people who may have experienced his service at a bad time, maybe he got too busy or had family issues, you never know. But this guy knows his stuff and is super professional. Highly recommend.

Please do not use the service. I don't think it really exist. I called sergio back several times before he even answered the phone. I told him that my hot tub still had some dirt at the bottom. His reply was is it still a heating, and working I said yes but it's dirty. The nerves to get smart. He said that he was gonna call me and also get back with me by Saturday. He did want me to be satisfied. I'm upset with myself For not reviewing the reviews first. He even tried to change me extra for filling the hot tub with my own water. Don't use this service.

I had a problem with my pool heater . I called Sergio at " Pool Joe ". Problem solved. I need a few more things done to make the pool equipment perform like new, but Sergio is going to take care of that later. Wonderful service
