Tony was amazing! He arrived early and gave me a call about it. He was very professional and kind, had taken his time to examine and to explain in great detail what went wrong, how he fixed it and what other repair might be needed within a year to really fix the problem permanently. He is even asking his office to try and see if our repair is under warranty! I super appreciate that and heater is working now, fingers crossed. I had a seasoned company evaluate my home heater that was out of commission and after 2 visits and 2 separate charges, it still didn’t work properly
First visit by Tony, key diagnosis was made, and problem was solved in 40 minutes. You can’t go wrong by calling Phaelin at Precise Air to schedule Tony for a visit.
Ohhh btw, he’s a knowledgeable, mature, articulate, and respectful 21 yr old who doesn’t look like he is old enough to drive. He took his time to explain to me the situation and how it could be fixed. Next thing…problem was taken care of.
I was and am still surprised. I have shoes older than Tony in my closet 🙂
