Brian has clearly shown a comfortable expertise with our equipment, some of which is not handled by service champions. He was extra careful to determine what the problem was with our cooling in the zone where our new unit had been installed by service champion, finding that are cooling fluid was very low. He was also proactive in suggesting compressor savers to protect our old condensers. He was very polite, cheerful, and pleasure to meet.
