I heard rat noises, and called Stanley because they had done a great job with a flea problem at my son's house. I really appreciated the very thorough evaluation that Thomas did before arriving at a plan to trap whatever was in my walls and block off any further access. Carlos who actually did the work was efficient, and explained everything well. I hope I won't need pest control in the future, but if I do, I will have no hesitation in calling Stanley

I could not recommend this business less. I've had continual back-and-forth because I monitored their technician coming to my property and only staying for three minutes. None of the areas that were pointed out were addressed, and they are refusing to return. as a successful real estate agent, I have never had such terrible service and they have been listed on my companies do not use list. Update: and that’s exactly what I’m talking about. You know very well the service wasn’t done and I have video proving it. The fact that you haven’t come out to redo the service is ridiculous.

Ryan Ledford did an exceptional job with his services, and I highly recommend Stanley for any pest control needs. Ryan was very quick, responsive, and worked closely with us to address the issues we had. Also, a special shoutout to David, the manager, for helping us out when we were in a bind.

After my first visit I would give them a 5 star, but after 3 weeks that the bees came back and I called to have someone come again. I was disregarded and said that the guy that provides services was not answering his phone and they would call me back. Never got a call back. So I texted the original guy that came as he left us his work cell number, never got a response. I had to go to a different company to get proper services. Its been almost 2 months and I still have not heard from them. I was not going to write this review but somehow I am getting text and emails about leaving a review but can not get a call to fix my problem.

Technician Abe is very professional and has been beyond helpful in tackling our past rodent problem. Construction of 3 houses nearby had brought an onslaught of rodents, and with Abe's help, has helped us battle them down to nothing!
