Nick completely took our house down to the studs. We decided not to do a room addition or any expansion to the home because it was already large enough. By opening up some walls and removing some structural walls we were able to open up the floor plan where there would be a great layout on the first and second floor. By taking down the walls on the first floor we were able to incorporate a great room and we were able to encompass a kitchen, dining and living room area all in one. This gave us the room to even add a media room downstairs. On the second floor we were able to redesign it in a way where we now have four bedrooms with their own bathrooms. And on the other side of the staircase we were able to add on a new master suite with double sink vanity jacuzzi tub and a standalone shower. And the backyard we took everything down to dirt and started from scratch. Even our deck and pergola were demod and hauled away and we started from scratch. It was time because the house had not been touched in so many years. It was literally falling apart. Nick preferred us to a designer who was able to help put things in perspective for us and give us the right design choices to move forward. This helped us tremendously because we don’t have any designing experience. We are happy with the entire process.

I want to thank Nick and his team for the great renovation they did to my house. It was a smooth development with them and I’m so glad we went with Advanced! We met with a handful of contractors after getting our plans done. The quotes we got were quite different, Nick’s estimate was just over the middle of the estimates we received but we decided to go with him because unlike some contractors, he personally runs the entire project, and had extensive experience with building homes and the style we wanted and was very detailed. What we wanted was very specific, we spent a lot of time and money on our design getting it just right and needed a contractor who could execute and bring it into reality. He explained everything to us and was very transparent through the process. There were a few changes during the build but he guided us through, came with several options and helped us make the decision and respected our time frame. Nick and his team worked with our designer to make sure every wood panel, color and texture was exactly what we wanted. His staff even helped us source some of the finish materials – just because they really love what they do! Nick and his workers made sure every little detail was perfect before the final walk though. We wanted him to take care of everything, and he did, but we still knew what was going on, who was working on what, and when each portion would be completed. I appreciate their work and would highly recommend considering them if you are building a new home or remodeling. It was a great experience overall and I can’t wait for the new projects I have with nick and his team.

Incredible remodel by ABC in 2018….and couldn’t be happier! Tore into much of the house going for a more modern, open, clean feel but still good for a family. I think they achieved that goal! The people Nick has on his team do really nice work. There was an issue with our faucets being back ordered for months, but Nick was able to pull some strings and somehow get that cut down to just a little over a week’s delay with the manufacturer. In the end, got exactly what was envisioned, very happy! My opinion, BEST general contractor in the Los Angeles SFV area! They were kind enough to take professional photos for us once completed….Friends & family all comment about how beautiful it all is now that its furnished. SO pleased….

We needed to remodel and renovate the whole house, 1800 sq feet. We went with this company not because it was the cheaper option, on the contrary it was more expensive than some other ones we interviewed. We went with them because they had a project manager who promised to make everything as hands off as possible and said he had several crews that could work on evenings and weekends, and that he would be there to make sure everything was getting done well. Well that was a lie. The project manager would forward what we wanted to the foreman who would then tell his day laborers to do the actual work. A lot of times the project manager told the wrong thing. And the actual laborers couldn’t care less about the quality of their work. The floor pattern was unprofessionally laid, the paint is chalky in places, the areas where they had to fix holes in the wall the paint patch is clearly visible and doesn’t blend with the rest of the wall, the caulking around sinks looks like it was done by an amateur with seams sticking up. Just every single detail is poorly executed, as if unskilled labor was used for everything. The kitchen island has cheap paint, paint on the underside of the counter. After all of that, it’s taking them more than a year to finish everything. It’s the touch ups and the paint they need to fix but they can’t find the people or the time to come and finish everything even though they took almost all of the money. I regret going with them for the reno.

Austin and his crew ripped out my old lawn and installed an amazing artificial turf in my front yard July 2021. They were efficient, responsive, conscientious, and professional. We also did some decomposed granite on the side yard and parkway which looks great. They use a great product for the turf with 16 year warranty and 2” pile which looks amazing. Would recommend!

Seeing the computer-generated 3D pictures was very helpful. When the project started, we were introduced to Richard (the foreman) and David put us all on a group text so the communication between all of us was clear and there were no misunderstandings. David was in constant contact with us the whole time. The project was finished before the estimated completion date. I made sure to do my homework by contacting references and getting a second estimate from another local business. I ultimately chose to work with Gabriel and his team, and I have no regrets. The house, a mix of crawl space and slab, required Lawrence and Bobby to put in three days of hard work to get the job done. They interconnected two systems and were incredibly professional and courteous. They took the time to walk me through each step of the process. **Durability Update** The workmanship remains exceptional even after several years. We’ve never had to call back regarding any work done, which speaks volumes about the quality provided. It’s common to hear nightmare stories about dealing with contractors, but I don’t even have a slight negative anecdote about working with Lawrence. We partnered with Los Angeles A+ ADU & Room Additions to undertake a remodeling project in our house. The task was divided into two significant stages. The initial phase involved focusing on the upstairs, which included revamping the master bathroom, adjusting closets in two bedrooms, and installing a door and windows downstairs. This part of the project was conducted remotely while our house was unoccupied. The communication and updates provided by Lawrence were top-notch. He kept us updated with pictures, video calls, and timely scheduling of tradesmen, so we knew when the final products had to be on-site. The end result is superb and truly transformed our living space. We planned to conduct a second phase of work upon our return, and the high-quality craftsmanship and excellent working relationship we had with Lawrence during Phase 1 ensured we would be inviting him back for a significant kitchen overhaul. I was present for this part of the remodeling and had the opportunity to see Lawrence managing his team and coordinating with subcontractors. His lead, Willie, is a fantastic guy and ensures there is consistency across the trades. Thanks to the teamwork between Lawrence and Willie, we were able to complete a full kitchen renovation while still living in the house. This was more than just a cabinet update; the kitchen was entirely reworked, and several new architectural updates were carried out. Just like the upstairs remodel, the final product is outstanding. We’ve enlisted the help of a professional design company to assist in remodeling several key areas in our newly acquired home. The more significant projects on our list include a complete overhaul of the kitchen and master bathroom. The kitchen, in its original state, was not designed with an open concept in mind, making it a cramped space with limited possibilities. We recently completed a large remodel project including a main bathroom remodel, a guest bath remodel and new LVT flooring for our first floor with Safe Side and we could not be more happy with the project or results!!!
As both my wife and I are both working from home due to the pandemic, it was important that we work with a contractor who would be sensitive to our schedules and accommodating that we were still staying in our home during construction. After initially interviewing three different contractors, we made a decision to go with Safe Side. During our initial meeting with Safe Side, we made a really great connection with Daniel and felt he was 100% aligned with our goals and needs. Daniel provided a very fair quote and was very honest about the expected project duration and clear on project deliverables.
Before the project started, Safe Side was extremely thorough with providing our list of deliverables and overall was excellent with pre-work/planning. Daniel personally came to our home 4 or 5 times to walk his different teams through job before even starting.
Throughout the project, Daniel was very responsive and always available via text or a conversation. Daniel checked in often to give status and update on the remodel. We were never in the dark on where we were in the project and always knew what to expect next. This was very important to us and helped us feel at ease throughout the remodel.
Daniel listened to our feedback and concerns along the way and was very flexible, even making changes mid-project to make sure we were happy. He treated our home like it was his home and made many great recommendations that went above and beyond our expectations. He provided valuable suggestions and recommendations but left it to us to decide and never pushed one way or the other (although he always had a solid opinion and rationale).
Equally, we were very impressed with Safe Side’s excellent subcontractors. They were all very neat, polite, easy to work with and followed all COVID protocols.
During the project, Daniel was present onsite often even if just for a half-hour to check in. He never hesitated to come over when we needed to discuss something even though the drive was sometimes over an hour. He felt very “present” through the whole project.
Safe Side was very organized when it came to bookkeeping and billing. They always explained where we were in the project, what payment they were collecting for and made sure to mark both their invoices and ours so we also were tracking.
At the end, the project was completed in the time frame that had initially been promised and the work was outstanding. The photos speak for themselves but definitely exceeded our expectations!
Overall Safe Side was easy to work with and made the project super easy to live (and work) through. Most importantly, we absolutely love the final product and highly recommend Daniel and Safe Side for any construction project!

We were doing a partial bathroom renovation, replacing tile, painting, replacing the vanity, pretty straightforward. I had met with four other contractors at this point, and the estimates were VASTLY spread out, and many were vague or just a lump sum estimate without scope of work details. Then came Daniel and SafeSide. He listened to what we wanted, and even made suggestions that saved us money. His estimate was very well priced, and listed each element we spoke about in detail. We immediately felt comfortable with him and his crew. They worked very clean, protecting surfaces and keeping supplies organized by the end of each day. After many months of searching, I finally found my dream home which was a little older and needed work. I called several contractors in the valley and although I received several reasonable quotes, no one left an impression like Neev. He was honest, up front, and always returned my calls as I made adjustments to the work I needed done.
I ended up agreeing to remodel the bathroom and kichen and Oasis Builders truly shined when the work began. The crew was professional and clean. They waited outside until my fiance left for work before entering the house and always cleaned up after themselves.

Oasis Builders were excellent to work with. This was my first time doing a renovation: refinish the floors, give a facelift to the kitchen, and completely redo the bathroom. Neev was very reassuring from the get go and was able to work through the process with me. Renovations can be stressful, and I was fearful to enter into the process having heard horror stories. The place looks so nice and fresh, and they were able to complete the work along the original timeline estimated.
