I hired a para legal to summit my QDRO to Southwest carpenter union back in July of 2022. It should only take 6 to 8 months to process, Eric,Jaime and Kyle from carpenter union to me on many occasions. Eric to to mock said your ex’s already receiving his pension, he would you have no recollection of your QDRO, you need to resubmit a new QDRO, Kyle said the judge did not sign QDRO, when he already did, QDRO does not need to be signed by judge 2 times and also say office has not received you QDRO application. I call on July 5 th 2023. To inquire about my check, he stated you should have received on July 1st, he blame Eric who was out on jury duty, Kyle said he would send a check on of 10th of July.I called on July 13 th the lady said check was sent you on the 8 th of July. It July 14,2023 -and still no check, Jaime would lie and say there no record of my QDRO and he said I did not receive my check because there are thousands and thousands of member to distribute check every to month. Come on Southwest is big. You think or I know they a system in place to send the checks in a timely manner. Eric,Kyle and Jaime think I taking money out of there own pension.

Very Racist! Hope this business takes A dive and closes down. Hopefully everyone else continues not to choose this company for ANY jobs. No one should get any proposals just because who knows what they’ll do if you don’t choose them. Scary to think! This is a spoiled sport business!! If they don’t win they retaliate.

Yes, I would be a active member of the Carpenter’s Union 714 ,and Union Trust for the last 37 years. It has provided a fulfilling and honest career as Journeyman Carpenter. At present, I’m working for The City of Los Angeles public works BSS dept and looking to conclude this career for the city in the near future. It has been a unique experience working for the city ,as well as another good learning tool in my Carpenter career. For the Union, there have been some + & – ‘s you have to stay on top of your Work status so you can get what you’ve put in to it. It is critical for the longevity and your benefits as I get closer to the retirement period. I’m glad I was Blessed to survive the time I’ve put into the Union time. And it’s been a ride. These guys were really outstanding. We hired All Level Installations for our climbing room conversion because of their finish carpentry. Martin and his team were serious in their planning, lighthearted in their work, and accommodating of our every request. Martin – who is the president and owner – anticipated and made the right choices for us in all the details. He was personally involved in the entire project. Constructing a wooden frame over our dry wall was a walk in the park, but designing the walls was key. The overhang and arrete Martin suggested became my sons’ favorite wall. The angle and surface of the slab matches what we’ve experienced at nationally prominent climbing gyms. For clean and tight joints, Martin had his team saw through the hard coated panels, wearing down no small number of heavy duty saw blades. We made multiple unusual requests, which they were happy to oblige. To provide dynamic lighting for bouldering videos, Martin and his electrician installed color temperature adjustable, individually dimmable, flush LED wall lights. For protection of the window, Martin came up with a wire cage anchored by high quality carabiners. All Level reversed the entrance door and replaced the closet door handle with a climbing hold, then repainted to match the panel colors. They even built us a couple volumes after studying images and prototyping them with my boys. The entire process was respectful, clean, and smooth.

I should acknowledge posting a very similar review on Yelp, but thought it worth repeating this once. We feel lucky to have found All Level Installations and think you will, too.

Martin and his team at All Level Installations were absolutely incredible from beginning to end. On time, professional every step of the way and incredibly conscientious about keeping the work area (and our home) clean.

We needed a new front door and were very particular about style, materials and stain. Martin guided us throughout the process and made some excellent recommendations. The age and style of our home required Martin to use his expertise and craftsmanship to design a frame that not only enhanced the look of the new door, but also stayed true to the overall design of our house.

After talking with Martin during the initial visit, we were so impressed with his professionalism and expertise that we decided to also hire him to install two screen doors. As with the front door, there were minor issues that arose with the screen doors. Without missing a beat, Martin provided us with direction and solutions that worked out really well.

Martin takes great pride in his work and goes above and beyond until you are 100% satisfied and truly happy with his work.

All Level did a great job installing new tongue and groove wood for our outdoor patio. The end product looks great. Due to lumbar shortages we had one miscommunication, but the All Level team was resonsive and immediately fixed the situation. We’re delighted with their work.

All Level Installation did an excellent job on our project. Martin and crew built a custom staircase to a loft area in our home that was previously only accessible via a metal ladder. From the in home consultation to job completion, it was a pleasure working with the team. We were quoted a fair price and the cost of materials was as quotes. Each day, Martin and the team arrived early, when they said they would, and provided updates on progress. The job was completed on time and we are ecstatic with the results. Highly recommend All Levels.

Martin and his team did a fantastic job for us. We had a vintage front door we wanted for an ADU project and the process from bidding to an after-installation adjustment went really well. There was a miscommunication regarding the door (my fault) and when I called Martin I was expecting some push back. Instead he said “sure no problem” and was back in no time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a great experience with this family of carpenters. The father is a master of building whatever you want. We went to his shop in La to discuss my idea and draw out plans for the kitchen island. I wanted it to look like furniture and I had an inspiration photo. They did an amazing job at making it look identical except the changes I wanted (like Its smaller and I’m doing a granite counter) they made the drawers per my measurements, dove tail and solid wood. They sent photos along the way of it being made, communication like that made us very happy and comfortable. Then they delivered and installed the island for us. Super happy. We just need to install the handles that we ordered (they offered to install those but I ordered them late ) and then have our countertop guy install the top.

Please be aware of this vendor, he got hired to do a job at my home, he didn’t do the job right my contractor contacted him to let him know he made a mistake to please fix it he said no, he had a balance I was paying off of $800 but because he refused to fix something that I know was incorrectly installed I refused to pay it so he decided to break into my house, uninstall and steal the doors! He’s a thief! I had to pay him to get the doors back &he decided he was also going to take off the hinges! Shame on you! Karma will be on its way sooner than you expect!

Wow wow wow! I don’t see a place to post pictures but I wish I could. I had a damaged antique door that had a beautiful painted panel so obvi I could not just go to Home Depot and pick up some cheap off the rack monstrosity. Tacho came to my place and took the door off the hinges, repaired it, stained it PERFECTLY to match and reinstalled. Also, the door knob was found to be broken as well so this was replaced but he called me to let me know and gave me a cost conscious option. He does beautiful work in a timely manner for a fair price. Couldn’t ask for more.

Mark came out to give me an estimate on refinishing my kitchen cabinets. They needed it after 60+ years! My kitchen project was located in a historically designated mid-century modern condominium in Pasadena designed by the noted developer, Lionel Mayell.

The kitchen wasn’t elaborate in size but had interesting features including all original built-in appliances. I decided it was time rehabilitate the kitchen but wanted keep all the original historic cabinet features. Mark was able to help me carry out that vision with a complete refinishing of all the original cabinetry.

I wanted the new stain to show the beautiful ash wood graining but still work with the mid-mod cabinetry hardware and pulls. Mark carefully described the process necessary to recreate a new taupe-color stain for the original blond ash cabinets. He was even able to repair damage caused over 60 years to some veneer to the point where you couldn’t tell it had been “repaired.” I also put in a new quartz top replacing the old Formica countertop and my project to sensitively preserve a historic small kitchen was complete!

Mark was able to do the job, explain costs, and provide me with adequate timelines for completion. All this even through a pandemic lockdown!

Mark restored and did a piano mirror gloss paint finish to a buffet which was a family heirloom piece. It had a lot of sentimental value. The work he did was that of a serious craftsman. And while Mark is serious about his work I found him to be a very funny and personable guy, which I also appreciate. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Mark work on other projects in our home. A high recommend.
