Alan and his crew, have come through in a pinch for me for a second time, and hit a grand-slam home run, once again. The first time I worked with All Los Angeles Painting, we had an issue with a “mystery crack” in a wall that needed repair, requiring the repainting of the wall. At that time, we also asked Alan to paint our primary bedroom, closet, and some other areas that needed attention. His attention to detail, level of care and follow-through, and the outstanding quality of the work make him “my painter,” or “my guy” when I need any painting done. It’s just that good of a company.
Most recently, I called on Alan to tackle a large job in a townhouse we were about to list for sale. He made the time for us, brought his best ideas and approach, and had us taken care in a speedy and organized manner. The crew is outstanding in their level of care and preparedness, as well as the prep they put into the area to be painted, and the other areas where they may be working or passing through – it’s all done exactly the way you want it. They leave no mess, they respect the space, and they turn in a top-notch end result. We have no doubt that the quality of the painting and wall work/patching done by All Los Angeles Painting was what put our listing on top because of how great the place looked in our photos, resulting in a closing price over ask. According to our real estate broker, many people who toured the home said it “looked new,” which, before Alan and his crew got there, it definitely did not.
Bottom line is you can trust Alan is going to do great work, and that his crew are talented, friendly, and respectful of the space around them. They move quick, they know how to do the job right, and they do it right. That’s why I’ll use All Los Angeles Painting on my next, and every project. The peace of mind I have (and enjoyment!) working with Alan and Company is the reason.

Our landlord gave us a small amount before move-in to paint over the dark brown walls in the dining/living room areas. I was in a bind trying to find a certified paint company to fit within our small budget and quick turnaround time. I found All Los Angeles Paint Company on Yelp and read the great reviews. I contracted with Go Painting to paint the exterior of my house. Jose asked for a 50% down payment which is illegal in California. Unfortunately, I gave it to him.
After a week of work, all they had done was to cover the windows and some of the downspouts. They were never here for more than three hours in one day. We got fed up with the slow progress that asked for a partial refund. We wanted to get someone else who would get the job done in a timely manner. He refused to give us any money back.
I would never use them again. If you do, don’t give them a 50% down payment!

We are the owners of a 2,400 (approx..) home in RPV, CA, built in1967 (55 years ago). The house was last painted in 2013 (almost 9 years ago) and has experienced wide climate changes over these years. We live near the coast, and historically it can be damp/cool and foggy in the winter/spring, then very sunny/warm and windy in the summer/fall. So, the house is showing its age and some structural components are wearing out as the house has endured through these shifting conditions. Thus, repainting is needed about every 8-10 years to address such conditions. So, it is time to repaint the home.
We selected Elite Home Remodeling, 303 North Glenoaks Blvd., Burbank, CA as our prime contractor for several home repair projects, including the re-paint. The prime contractor selected Sebastian Painting, Irvine, CA, owned/managed by Sebastian Rivera as the paint sub-contractor. Sebastian and his paint crew completed the paint job exceptionally well. There was a good bit of prep required, starting with a power-wash of the entire surface, removal of mold in certain areas, followed by filling of stucco and wood cracks, and sanding of repaired surfaces. Then the crew applied a high-quality prime coat all over, followed by two coats of Cool Life Heat Reflective Technology paint, to both the stucco surface and the wood trim surfaces (distinct colors for each). The result for us is a beautiful, weather-tight, climate-protected, color-coordinated painted structure. We are extremely pleased and highly satisfied with the paint job and extend our highest compliments to Sebastian Rivera for producing these impressive results for us. We highly recommend Sebastian Painting, Inc. to other customers.
An added note about Sebastian Rivera, the individual, and emerging painter-contractor. We found Sebastian to be very honest, responsible, personable, dependable, smart, approachable, cooperative, all notable and desirable traits customers expect of the contractors performing work for them. I HIGHLY recommend Jacob Brother’s Painting. They did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house and garage. Aris’ communication and follow up were great. The crew arrived on time everyday – they were quiet, well organized and very tidy. After they painted half my house, I had a color freak out (all my fault – too dark – oops) and Aris helped me choose a new color and charged a very fair rate for the extra day of work it was going to take to apply the new color. The team paid close attention to the details on my old 1924 house and did an excellent job in making small repairs and ensuring the job was done right. They used roller and brushes, not spray paint, and the final outcome was perfection. The price was incredibly competitive (even with my repaint charge) and I am so happy that I went with Jacob Brother Painting. I truly cannot express how happy we are with the job that Jacob Brothers’ Painting did on our house! We have wanted to make the bold change from light beige to dark grey for years and after consulting with Aris, he assured us that we had enough white trim to pull off the look. It was a pretty big job because our dogs had chewed a lot of the wood siding and door frames, there was a lot of stucco repair needed, and there were vines covering one whole side of the house and part of the shed but this crew still got the job done in 7.5 days. They were so precise and clean and their attention to detail was next level! They took the time to do so many little extra things that we never even asked to be done.
Their pricing was extremely reasonable. We had four different companies come out and give quotes before we decided on Jacob Brothers’. Those quotes ranged from $5,500 to $24,000 and they fell in the middle, actually closer to the low end than the high (that high end was an outlier for sure!). There were no hidden costs either. The job was exactly as quoted.
I can’t post this review without giving props to his crew. Ari’s guys are the sweetest men ever! They were always on time (actually always early!), so polite, and so thoughtful. They brought their own little microwave and had afternoon tea everyday in the backyard. LOVE THEM!

I received many bids but Aris is the only one who reached out personally and scheduled an in person estimate the very next morning. Aris is a true professional, a man of his word, and he has done this so long he knows how to deliver high quality work at a competitive price point. All of the work was carefully prepared, hand painted (no spraying) and he even did touch ups and made sure everything was done as requested. The crew were all amazing professionals who’ve done this work before and who keep the work area so tidy and clean. Stefano has put together an amazing team of dedicated professionals and ensures that the entire project is run like clockwork. No surprise billings; a detailed job and payment schedule; color selections; additional work, etc. etc. Stefano and his crew are punctual, showing up everyday at 8am and working until 5 or 6 until the job is finished. (A rarity in Los Angeles). The crew is extremely courteous, fastidious in their prepwork and amazingly detailed in the actual painting process. At the end of every workday they ensure everything is cleaned up before they leave. Stefano himself is also a master of refinishing cabinetry and made our kitchen and two bathrooms look like they were brand new. He is also on the job overseeing things almost everyday and stays in constant contact with you to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.
