I’m moving soon, but I wanted to take the time to give kudos to this laundromat before I go. There’s a different laundromat closer to me, but I go out of my way to come to this one because it’s so clean.

There’s also laundry soap available in a vending machine (it’s kind of expensive but it’s great if you forget your own).

Really wonderful customer service! The owners and employees are so friendly and nice. I found them on Google maps and they were the first open 7am vs the other alteration businesses open later. I really enjoyed meeting Fernando he offered me a Mexican Coke which was really thoughtful! The business is very very clean and I was told they even have a cleaning service come into to make sure things are up to par. I like the atmosphere, colors, mirrors and fitting rooms. They were able to quickly fix a hole in my work uniform within 15 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone 🙂 5 stars

This place has really gone down hill. They are completely overpriced and the place is filled will faulty machines that do not wash or dry your clothes correctly. Expect to pay an up charge for hot water in the washing machines and expect to pay anywhere from .75 cents to $2.25 to properly dry your clothes. To use the tap card or pay with your phone there is a $5 hold everytime no matter the value you paid for. I tried it one time for a .75 dryer and got hit with a $5 hold. The staff here is rude as well but much of the issues are a reflection on the management and since the workers are the ones dealing with customers, im sure they’re fed up as well. Unfortunately after years of coming here, due to price hikes, poor quality of washing and drying, and bad service, we will be looking for a new place to wash our clothes. I hope they get it together because they won’t last otherwise

I do not recommend this laundromat. It’s so racist that they judge you based on your race and refuse to help you with the machines. When asking for a refund for a malfunctioning machine or to use the restroom, she denies any responsibility and even denies that the restroom is out of service, despite their family members using it. It’s concerning to see the owners potentially losing money due to the behavior of their staff. It seems like the staff might be taking advantage of the business, or perhaps the owners should consider hiring more considerate employees.

Restrooms aren’t available after 8:00p.m…. This is enough for me not come here. The convenience of being open 24 hours is diminished by this alone. I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem until I did.
The coin return on a washer malfunctioned as I inserted quarters. The attendant on duty was on break and returned a cool 20 minutes after when was said they’d return.
I put a piece of tape over where to insert quarters so others wouldn’t experience this. They removed it. I was told the washer did work (???) and I was inserting the quarters incorrectly (???). I offered to demonstrate how that was not true and was discouraged. Huh.
I was also told I should have called. What number? Unclear. In all, the laundromat pocketed $4.25 and I’m left hoping they really need it.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for the past 5 years & haven’t had any issues until now. . One of the dryers I used wasn’t cleaned and I’m assuming there was a crayon left behind and all my clothes got stained. I spoke to the manager on site and she stated she couldn’t do anything for me. All I was asking for, is for them to let me rewash my clothes to hopefully get the crayon stains removed. They stated they weren’t responsible even though it’s the laundromat’s job to keep the location clean and tidy. Worst experience ever!!

I was washing here and used the 12 dollar machine. I got two of the 12 dollar machine and went to there coin machine to get coins to wash. I placed 5 five bills into the machine and only received 20 dollars of coins back. I told the attendee on duty that the machine took 5 dollars of coins and she took down my information without getting a number or address to sent my money back to me or contact me regarding the matter. When I tried to question her further she act like she didn’t speak english only spanish. People need to know that they’re stealing your money. They believe you can’t count and there’s nothing you can do. I will never wash or give this place any of my money again.

The only good thing I can say about this 24hr Laundromat was that I had access to as many machines as I wanted but then again that’s why I only do laundry in the middle of the night. Their machines are not well monitored because I had 1 washer malfunctioned and locked up during a washing cycle and wouldn’t open and I had to wait for the morning attendant to come in to release the machine so I could take my clothes out to rewash it. On top of that the first 3 driers I used also malfunctioned within the first minute and gave off error messages which I then had to transfer my things to another drier. That’s 4 machines in one visit-yikes! That was my first and my last time I go there.

I liked this place up until today. I usually come in the morning to drop off my kiddo then come wash, but after today’s experience I’m not coming back. It seems like staff think it’s okay to harass you and follow you as you walk and scream “you can’t park there!” Even though I’m going to wash my laundry. Later on she explained that I have to report to her what I am doing (dropping off the kid then washing). I’ve never had an embarrassing situation like that. Never coming back.

Clothes smelled musty after wash with 3 out of 5 machines I used. Number 50-54 40lb washers. I came here because it is 24hrs and the decent reviews but as was stated in a review about a year ago there is an unnatural scent that clings to the clothes after wash. I used downy cool cotton scent booster, downy infusions balance crisp rain and blue eucalyptus, as well as oxiclean odor blasters and the difference in smell between the 3 and 2 is night and day. I will have to redo these loads elsewhere. I did inform staff and they stated that there were other machines that had the same smell upfront and that a previous patron with extra spicy clothes had used. Let that response influence your own choices. I will attest that the outer area such as parking lot, isles, seating area, and outside the machines are clean and tidy but just walking in you can smell a weird greasy smell which is just emanating in the front. I thought it was due to an old looking popcorn machine sitting by the rest area chairs but it makes me think how often they actually maintain the inside if there machines.

working here when I told her about the problem that the machines takes my money she give me a badass attitude about the machine so I told her I need to talk to the owner and she refuse to give me the number plus when the owner came I explain to her what happened and she gave me the same attitude they’re worse.. plus the dryer machine for the shoes is all dirty

A small washer is $4.75, while a medium is $5.75. The lady at the counter is friendly, and their are places to sit and wait while you’re doing the laundry. There are also vending machines in case you get hungry.

I love how big the washers and dryers are and that the dryers are FREE DRYING!!!!! They also have really good vending machines that carry things from; drinks and ice cream, to laundry essentials like detergent, dryer sheets, etc.. FREE WIFI!!!! And amazing massage chairs. Open 24/7!!!!

Overall okay, all the machines take quarters only, but there is an ATM and change machine. They also sell detergent which is nice, and have big machines for big loads. However, $11 for a big load and $5 for a small load felt overpriced, even with free dryers. Had no choice though cuz my washing machine broke. So if you really need clean clothing, then this place works.
